  • 400 g ground beef
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 100 g onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 300 ml salsa
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning 28 g
  • 150 g cheddar cheese, grated

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain it well.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion, cooking until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
  3. Add the minced garlic and taco seasoning to the skillet, stirring for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the salsa and tomato sauce, mixing well. Allow the sauce to simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss gently to combine everything together.
  6. Top the spaghetti mixture with grated cheddar cheese, then cover the skillet and let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese melts.

Notes

Serve hot with garlic bread or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, microwave or heat on the stovetop with a splash of water.
