Cooking Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain it well.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion, cooking until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
- Add the minced garlic and taco seasoning to the skillet, stirring for about a minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the salsa and tomato sauce, mixing well. Allow the sauce to simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss gently to combine everything together.
- Top the spaghetti mixture with grated cheddar cheese, then cover the skillet and let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
Notes
Serve hot with garlic bread or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, microwave or heat on the stovetop with a splash of water.
