  • 500 g ground beef
  • 300 g elbow macaroni
  • 1 piece onion (100 g) Chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic (6 g) Minced
  • 500 ml tomato sauce
  • 400 ml beef broth
  • 1 tbsp chili powder (8 g) Adjust to taste
  • 200 g cheddar cheese Shredded

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot with the chopped onion until the meat is cooked through.
  2. Add minced garlic and chili powder. Stir for a minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the elbow macaroni, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Stir everything together.
  4. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer until the pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and well combined. Serve hot.

Notes

You can add extra cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions when serving. This dish pairs well with a green salad or crusty bread.
