Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables
  • 400 g pasta Any type of pasta, but fettuccine is classic.
  • 200 g broccoli Fresh or thawed frozen broccoli.
Main Ingredients
  • 800 g chicken Fresh chicken breasts recommended for best flavor.
Sauce Ingredients
  • 200 ml cream Use half-and-half or plant-based cream for lighter or dairy-free options.
  • 100 g parmesan Grated for the sauce.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta and Broccoli
  1. Cook pasta and broccoli together in a large pot of boiling salted water until the pasta is al dente and the broccoli is tender.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. In a separate pan, cook the chicken until it’s fully cooked and golden brown.
Making the Alfredo Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, make the Alfredo sauce by combining the cream and grated parmesan cheese. Stir well until smooth.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Combine the cooked pasta, broccoli, chicken, and Alfredo sauce together in a large mixing bowl. Toss well to coat all the ingredients in the sauce.

Notes

Serve warm with optional toppings such as extra parmesan cheese, black pepper, or fresh herbs like parsley. For variety, you can add garlic to the sauce or substitute different vegetables like spinach or peas. Add red pepper flakes for heat.
