  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Iceberg or romaine recommended.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing with the cooked meat.
  4. Arrange the taco shells or tortilla chips on a serving platter.
  5. Fill each shell or chip with the meat mixture, then top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
  6. Add any optional toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding black beans or corn to the meat mixture. You can also make these bites with ground turkey for a lighter option.
