Main ingredients
  • 8 g Cajun seasoning For seasoning the chicken
  • 1 lb Chicken (your choice of breast or thighs) Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz Pasta (like fettuccine or penne) Choose your preferred pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For cooking the chicken
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Shredded, for mixing in and garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnishing

Method

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, coating it evenly.
  2. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and brown the chicken until fully cooked.
Cooking
  1. Add the pasta to the pot, along with enough water or chicken broth to cook the pasta.
  2. Simmer the mixture until the pasta is cooked through and tender.
  3. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and Parmesan cheese until everything is well combined and creamy.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra heat, use more Cajun seasoning. Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for added nutrition and flavor. Make sure to cook the chicken thoroughly before adding the pasta. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
