Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken Rotisserie chicken works well.
  • 1/2 cup Hot sauce Choose your favorite brand for heat.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing Adds creaminess.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt For seasoning.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground is best.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Adds depth of flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For a smoky flavor.
Slider Assembly
  • 8 pieces Slider buns Soft, small buns.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella for melting.
  • 4 tablespoons Melted butter For the crust.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning To flavor the butter mixture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the baking dish.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over each bun, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Cover with the top halves of the slider buns.
Baking
  1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of the buns.
  2. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
  4. Cut and serve hot.

Notes

Start with cooked chicken for faster preparation. You can adjust hot sauce according to spice preference. For extra crunch, lightly toast the buns beforehand.
