Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent dough onto a baking sheet.
- Scramble the eggs and cook the sausage, then mix them together in a bowl.
- Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the dough.
- Roll up the dough starting from the wide end.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
