  • 2 links cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough onto a baking sheet.
  3. Scramble the eggs and cook the sausage, then mix them together in a bowl.
  4. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the dough.
  5. Roll up the dough starting from the wide end.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy with a side of fresh fruit or salsa.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
