  • 8 ounces Egg noodles Perfect for soaking up flavors and having a nice texture.
  • 3 tablespoons Butter Adds richness and flavor to the dish.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Provides a fragrant aroma and enhances taste.

  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavor and balances the dish.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adds a mild heat and depth of flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Chop garlic and any desired vegetables. This makes cooking easier and faster.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and sear the chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, bringing it to a boil to cook the noodles evenly.
  4. Add the egg noodles to the skillet and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and al dente.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat, stir in the remaining butter, and sprinkle with parsley.

Notes

Use a large skillet for even cooking. Don’t overcook the chicken; aim for an internal temperature of 165°F for the best texture. Taste as you go to adjust seasonings. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing for better juiciness. This dish can be enjoyed fresh or stored for later.
