Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Coat the steak thoroughly in the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes to 4 hours in the fridge.
Making the Tzatziki
  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, salt, and a dash of lemon juice. Chill in the fridge while the steak marinates.
Preparing the Vinaigrette
  1. Combine red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
Cooking the Steak
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated steak for 4–5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
  2. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
Assembling the Bowl
  1. Layer cooked grains, sliced steak, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add tzatziki and drizzle with the vinaigrette before serving.
