Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken and zucchini with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until everything is coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top of the chicken and zucchini.
Baking
  1. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Garnish the dish with fresh parsley before serving.
