  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning Classic spice blend for crab.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Brightens overall flavor.
  • 1 lb Lump crab meat Use large pieces for the best texture.
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded Mild flavor, melts smoothly.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded Creates a stretchy, bubbly top.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • 1 loaf Toasted baguette or dippers For serving.

Preparation
  1. Set oven to a moderate heat and grease a shallow baking dish.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese with tartar sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the lump crab and half of the Monterey Jack and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish and sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.
  5. Bake the dip until the top bubbles and turns lightly golden, about 15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm with toasted baguette slices or preferred dippers.

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for an even mix. Adjust Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice before baking for balanced flavor. Serve hot for the best experience.
