Method
 

Preparation

  3. In another bowl, blend the mashed banana or applesauce, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  2. Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
