- Combine batter: Fold the blended wet mix into the dry ingredients, then stir in grated apples and reserved oats by hand.
- Prepare the pan: Line a small baking pan with parchment and pour the batter in, smoothing the top.
- Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool and slice: Allow cooling fully before slicing.
