  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 ounces pasta (your choice, like fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add pasta and pour in heavy cream.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook pasta until al dente, usually 8-10 minutes.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Top with extra grated parmesan cheese and sprinkle of black pepper. Fresh herbs like parsley can enhance flavor and presentation.
