- Add the elbow macaroni, tomato sauce, and beef broth to the skillet.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer. Cover the pot and let it cook for 12–15 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- Finally, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts into the pasta.

For a creamier texture, add cream or a dollop of sour cream just before serving.
