  • 200 g mushrooms Sliced.
  • 6 g garlic Minced (2 cloves).
  • 250 ml beef broth For added flavor.
  • 200 ml sour cream For creaminess.
  • 1 tbsp flour For thickening the sauce.
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 250 g pasta Cook according to packaging instructions.

  1. Cook pasta according to the package instructions, then drain it.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until the meat is cooked through.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until soft.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Add the flour and mix well, allowing it to absorb the flavors.
  6. Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for about 10 minutes to thicken.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
  8. Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked pasta.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the stroganoff cool completely, then place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave when ready to serve. For variations, you can use different meats like chicken or turkey, or make a vegetarian version with lentils or mushrooms.
