Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 800 g chicken breast Trimmed and cubed
  • 300 g broccoli Fresh or frozen
  • 400 ml cream Use half-and-half for a lighter version
  • 200 ml broth Chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 200 g parmesan Grated, for mixing and garnish
  • 400 g fettuccine Or any pasta of choice

Method

Preparation
  1. Cook chicken in broth on LOW for 5–6 hours.
  2. Shred chicken.
  3. Add broccoli during the last 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream and parmesan.
  5. Serve over cooked fettuccine.

Notes

For added flavor, season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder before cooking. If you want a thicker sauce, let it cook without the lid for the last 30 minutes to reduce the liquid. This dish can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3–4 days. To reheat, warm it on the stove or in the microwave until hot.
