Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 800 g chicken breast
  • 400 g fettuccine pasta
  • 400 ml heavy cream Can be substituted with half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • 200 g parmesan cheese Plus extra for garnishing.
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add chicken, broth, garlic, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
Cooking
  1. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours.
  2. Shred the chicken when it's cooked.
  3. Stir in cream and parmesan cheese until well combined.
Pasta Preparation
  1. Cook pasta separately according to package instructions.
  2. Mix the pasta with the sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs. Pair with a side salad or garlic bread. To store leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. When reheating, add milk or broth to loosen sauce if thickened.
