Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerator, or frozen: regular, cauliflower, or sweet potato) Use any available type of gnocchi.
  • 1-2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil Use olive oil spray to grease the basket.
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan Can be garnished with extra cheese.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the gnocchi with the rest of the ingredients. If using frozen gnocchi, DO NOT thaw it.
Cooking
  1. Add the seasoned gnocchi to the preheated basket. Try to avoid overlapping, as this will prevent them from getting crispy.
  2. For Shelf-Stable & Refrigerated Gnocchi: Air fry at 390°F for 11-14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  3. For Frozen Gnocchi: Air fry at 390°F for 13-16 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  4. Enjoy immediately, garnished with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Notes

Best served hot with dips such as marinara sauce or pesto. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer at 350°F.
