  • 800 g chicken breast
  • 400 ml marinara sauce Use homemade or store-bought
  • 200 g cream cheese Can be substituted with Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese For topping, can add Parmesan or provolone for more flavor

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breast in the slow cooker and pour over the marinara sauce.
  2. Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours.
  3. After cooking, stir in the cream cheese until it melts and combines well.
  4. Top the dish with mozzarella cheese and allow it to melt before serving.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, season the chicken with salt, pepper, or Italian herbs before cooking. Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread; add a side salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Fresh basil or parsley can enhance the flavor.
