  • 8 oz Pasta (fettuccine or penne) Any type can work
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning Add more or less to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing the chicken
  • 2 tbsp Butter Adds richness to the sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic Fresh is preferred
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Essential for a creamy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated for better melting
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Boil water in a large pot, add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In a pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  2. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until combined.
  3. Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce, mixing well to coat everything evenly.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and don't overcook the pasta. Adjust the seasoning as needed based on personal preference.
