  • 800 g chicken Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • 250 g pasta Choose your favorite pasta type.
  • 1 packet taco seasoning Adjust according to taste preference.
  • 1 cup cheese Cheddar or Mexican cheese blend recommended.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Add more for a creamier texture.
  • 1 cup bell peppers Chopped.
  • 1 medium onion Chopped.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the chicken in a pan until done.
  2. Boil pasta according to package instructions.
Mixing
  1. In a bowl, mix cooked chicken with taco seasoning, cooked pasta, bell peppers, and onion.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, topped with cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
  2. Add sliced jalapeƱos or fresh cilantro for extra flavor.

Notes

To store leftovers, let cool down and place in an airtight container. Good for up to 3 days in the fridge. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
