  • 800 g chicken Ensure chicken is fully cooked.
  • 150 g spinach Fresh spinach recommended.
  • 200 ml cream Can use low-fat cream for a lighter version.

Preparation
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet until fully cooked.
  3. In a separate pan, add cream and bring to a simmer. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta, chicken, and spinach cream sauce together.
Serving
  1. Serve Chicken Spinach Alfredo warm on a plate. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top if desired.

Notes

Great paired with a side salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
