  • 1 tablespoon garlic and herb seasoning Adds robust flavor to the chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Enhances overall taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper Offers a subtle kick.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil A healthy option for cooking.
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan Rich cheesy topping.
For the Bread Bowls
  • 4 pieces Kaiser rolls These sturdy rolls form the perfect bread bowls.
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted For brushing inside the bowls.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning Mixed with melted butter.
For the Pasta
  • 8 ounces pasta Cooked until al dente.

Method

Preparation
  1. Sprinkle the chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat until cooked through.
  2. Boil salted water in a pot. Cook the pasta until al dente and drain well.
  3. Slice the tops off the kaiser rolls. Gently hollow out the centers to form bowls.
  4. Combine melted butter with garlic and herb seasoning. Brush this mixture inside and on the edges of the bread bowls.
  5. Bake the bowls in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
Assembly
  1. Add the drained pasta and Alfredo sauce to the cooked chicken. Stir to combine evenly.
  2. Carefully fill the toasted bread bowls with the chicken Alfredo mixture. Top with shredded parmesan and return to the oven for 4-5 minutes until the cheese melts.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Don't overcook the pasta, and monitor baking time closely. Use a thick Alfredo sauce to prevent sogginess.
