  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover chicken for this recipe.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to substitute with other cheese if desired.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the wraps.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Place a tortilla in the pan and layer with the chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Fold the tortilla over the filling and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

You can add your favorite veggies like spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor. Don’t rush the cooking time; allow the tortillas to become golden brown for the best texture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
