Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley. Mix until everything is creamy and well combined.
Wrapping
- Place the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon 1/4 of the filling into the center of each tortilla. If desired, add any optional vegetables on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and then roll them tightly from the bottom to form wraps.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. Brush the outside of each wrap generously with this mixture.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese inside.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice, like ranch or garlic aioli.
Notes
Serve hot with a side salad or crunchy veggies. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For meal prep, these wraps can be reheated in a skillet.
