  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste salt and black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
For the Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Optional Ingredients
  • Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes Use according to preference.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley. Mix until everything is creamy and well combined.
Wrapping
  1. Place the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon 1/4 of the filling into the center of each tortilla. If desired, add any optional vegetables on top.
  2. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and then roll them tightly from the bottom to form wraps.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. Brush the outside of each wrap generously with this mixture.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese inside.
  2. Slice each wrap in half and serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice, like ranch or garlic aioli.

Notes

Serve hot with a side salad or crunchy veggies. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For meal prep, these wraps can be reheated in a skillet.
