- Wash and cut the potatoes into chip shapes. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Cooking
- Arrange the chips on a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven or air fryer until crispy.
- While the potatoes cook, heat olive oil in a pan. Add ground beef, breaking it up while cooking until browned.
- Sprinkle the remaining spice mix into the beef. Continue cooking until the meat is fully cooked and moisture evaporates.
Sauce Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish for the burger sauce.
Assembly
- Once the potatoes are done, divide them among bowls. Add shredded lettuce, beef, cheese, and pickles on top.
- Drizzle burger sauce over everything.
