  • 1 lb Ground beef Choose lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Use for cooking the beef and potatoes.
  • 4 medium Potatoes Any variety, cut into chip shapes for cooking.
  • 1/2 cup Cheese Cheddar or your favorite cheese, for melting.
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce Any preferred lettuce for freshness.
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Dill, sweet, or your choice for tang.
  • to taste Spice mix Combination for seasoning the beef and potatoes.
Burger Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Base for the creamy sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Pickle relish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into chip shapes. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Place the potato chips in a bowl with olive oil and half of the spice mix. Mix well to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the chips on a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven or air fryer until crispy.
  2. While the potatoes cook, heat olive oil in a pan. Add ground beef, breaking it up while cooking until browned.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining spice mix into the beef. Continue cooking until the meat is fully cooked and moisture evaporates.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish for the burger sauce.
Assembly
  1. Once the potatoes are done, divide them among bowls. Add shredded lettuce, beef, cheese, and pickles on top.
  2. Drizzle burger sauce over everything.
