Taquito Assembly
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
Serving
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cheese.
  2. Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture at the edge of each tortilla and roll tightly.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the taquitos for 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

Use cooked rotisserie chicken to save time. For extra crispiness, make sure the oil is hot before frying. Experiment with different cheeses for unique flavors, and consider baking for a healthier option. Leftover taquitos can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
