Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix hot sauce and melted butter. Stir well and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat to low and pour the buffalo sauce over the cooked chicken. Stir to coat the chicken evenly and let it simmer for a few minutes.

  6. Divide the buffalo chicken over the rice in each bowl.
