- In a small bowl, mix hot sauce and melted butter. Stir well and set aside.

- Divide the buffalo chicken over the rice in each bowl.
- Top each bowl with shredded lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and drizzle with dressing.
- Finish with sliced green onions and avocado, if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
