  • 1 pound shredded chicken Rotisserie chicken works great for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Should be softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For extra flavor, consider adding pepper jack.
Dough and Seasoning
  • 1 package crescent roll dough Ensure it is rolled out beforehand.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Brush on for a crispy texture.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Adds extra flavor to the bombs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
Baking
  1. Place the bombs on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes. Avoid microwaving to prevent soggy dough.
