Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
Baking
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes. Avoid microwaving to prevent soggy dough.
