Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Mixing
- In another large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

- Gently fold in the blueberries to keep them intact.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
