  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns Can substitute regular hamburger buns if desired.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder until browned. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard in a bowl.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Assemble sliders by placing cooked beef on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with lettuce, pickles, and cheese. Drizzle with the sauce mixture and cover with the top half of the bun.
  2. Place sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
  3. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve the Big Mac Sliders warm with fries, chips, or salad. Provide extra pickles and sauce on the side. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
