Making Bang Bang Sauce
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Stir until smooth.

- Serve the salmon bites with the Bang Bang sauce on the side or drizzle it on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro if desired.
