Bang Bang Sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F or your oven to 425°F.
  2. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika over the salmon pieces.
  3. Dip each salmon piece into an egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer or on a baking sheet.
  5. Cook for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Making Bang Bang Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Stir until smooth.
