  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded or sliced
  • 2 pieces Tortillas (wraps)
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Fresh Ingredients
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato (optional) Sliced
  • to taste Condiments (optional) e.g., ranch, hot sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  2. After cooking, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
Assembly
  1. In a tortilla, layer slices of chicken, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
  2. Roll the tortilla tightly to create a wrap.
  3. Optionally, you can place the wrap back in the air fryer for a couple of minutes to make it extra crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve with your favorite condiments.

Notes

These wraps are best served warm. Cut in half for easier eating. Use an airtight container for leftovers stored in the fridge for about 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes for the crispy texture.
