Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix this seasoning blend thoroughly.
  3. Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and mix until they are well covered.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded for optimal crispiness.
  2. Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning. They should be crispy and golden brown when done.
  3. Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish.
  4. Optional: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.

Notes

Serve hot. These potatoes go well with grilled chicken, fish, or a simple salad. You can add a squeeze of lemon or a side of ketchup, ranch, or aioli for dipping. Cool the potatoes to room temperature before storing; put them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes to keep them crispy.
