Golden, crunchy ranch-seasoned chicken nuggets made in the air fryer. Crispy outside, juicy inside, and ready in minutes!
1 lb boneless chicken breast, cubed
½ cup buttermilk
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Olive oil spray
1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and ranch seasoning.
3. Coat chicken evenly.
4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
5. Spray basket lightly and air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
6. Serve warm with ranch dip.
For a spicier version, add 1 tsp cayenne pepper to your ranch mix.
Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 375°F for 4 minutes.
