1 carrot, thinly sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).

2. Slice vegetables thinly and pat dry with paper towels.

3. In a large bowl, toss slices with olive oil, salt, and seasonings.

4. Place slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

5. Air fry for 15–25 minutes, shaking halfway through.

6. Remove when crisp and lightly curled at the edges.

7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
