2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into fries

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cornstarch

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Soak sweet potato fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then dry thoroughly.

2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

3. Toss fries with olive oil, cornstarch, and seasonings until evenly coated.

4. Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

5. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Soaking removes starch for extra crispiness.

Avoid overcrowding for best results.

Reheat leftover fries in the air fryer at 400°F for 3 minutes.
