These Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms are crisp on the outside, creamy and savory on the inside, and ready in just 10 minutes — a simple yet elegant appetizer perfect for any occasion.
16 medium white or cremini mushrooms, stems removed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil spray
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Gently scoop out centers to make room for filling.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until creamy.
3. Stuff each mushroom cap with filling, pressing lightly.
4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange mushrooms in a single layer and air fry 8–10 minutes until tops are golden.
5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan.
For extra flavor, add crumbled bacon or chopped spinach to the filling.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket — cook in batches for even crispiness.
These Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms can be made ahead and air fried right before serving.
