Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: lemon slices, parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

2. Pat chicken dry and brush with olive oil.

3. Mix spices and season both sides.

4. Place chicken in a single layer in basket.

5. Cook 16–18 minutes, flipping halfway.

6. Check internal temperature (165°F) and rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra juiciness, marinate 30 minutes or brine briefly before cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for even crisping.
