Ingredients

Scale

1 medium head cauliflower (about 440g), cut into florets

1 tbsp oil (olive, avocado, or canola)

1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

2 tbsp ketchup

1/2 tsp sugar

Pinch of salt

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Wash and cut cauliflower into medium florets and pat dry.

2. In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, ketchup, sugar, and salt to make the glaze.

3. Toss cauliflower florets in oil until coated evenly.

4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

5. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer and air fry for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp.

6. Transfer to a bowl, pour the chili glaze over, and toss until glossy.

7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.

Notes

• Don’t overcrowd the air fryer; crisping needs airflow.

• For extra spice, mix in a teaspoon of sriracha to the sauce.

• You can bake instead at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway.

• Store leftovers up to 2 days and reheat in the air fryer to restore crispiness.
