These Air Fryer Apple Chips are crisp, sweet, and sugar-free — made with just apples and cinnamon for a light, crunchy snack in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

2 large apples (Honeycrisp, Gala, or Fuji)

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).

2. Thinly slice apples (1/16 inch) using a mandoline or sharp knife.

3. Pat slices dry with paper towels to remove moisture.

4. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

5. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.

6. Let cool in the basket for 5 minutes to crisp completely.

Notes

Use firm, fresh apples for best results.

Adjust time based on air fryer model.

Store in an airtight container lined with paper towel for up to 5 days.

For a sweeter version, sprinkle with coconut sugar before cooking.
