2 large apples (Honeycrisp, Gala, or Fuji)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Cooking spray or parchment paper
1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
2. Thinly slice apples (1/16 inch) using a mandoline or sharp knife.
3. Pat slices dry with paper towels to remove moisture.
4. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
5. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
6. Let cool in the basket for 5 minutes to crisp completely.
Use firm, fresh apples for best results.
Adjust time based on air fryer model.
Store in an airtight container lined with paper towel for up to 5 days.
